Fall Parish Assembly Event

Our Parish Bylaws state that a member is in good standing and thereby eligible to vote at the Parish Assembly if he or she has made a stewardship commitment for 2015 and paid a proportionate share of his or her commitment through the quarter immediately preceding the Parish Assembly. Thus, a member will be considered in good standing if he or she has made a stewardship commitment for 2015 and paid 3/4 of their total commitment as of the date of the Parish Assembly. Spring Parish Assembly Event

2015 Spring Parish Assembly Notice and Agenda

Our Parish Bylaws state that a member is in good standing and thereby eligible to vote at the Parish Assembly if he or she has submitted a stewardship commitment card for 2015 and paid a proportionate share of his or her commitment through the quarter immediately preceding the Parish Assembly. Thus, a member will be considered in good standing if he or she has made a stewardship commitment and paid ¼ of his or her commitment as of the date of the Assembly. A Special Parish Assembly will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas More (See the event for location and more information) to further discuss this and other locations considered, and to vote on moving forward with the St. Thomas More location. Tours of the facilities available at St. Thomas More will be conducted from 10:00-11:00 a.m. that morning.

Our Parish Bylaws state that a member is in good standing and thereby eligible to vote at the Parish Assembly if he or she has submitted a stewardship commitment card and paid a proportionate share of his or her stewardship commitment through the quarter immediately preceding the Parish Assembly. Because our Parish will have been in existence for just over two months, or 1/6 of the year, at the time of the Parish Assembly, a member will be considered in good standing if he or she has submitted a stewardship commitment card and paid 1/6 of their annual commitment as of the date of the Parish Assembly.
